Business inquiry information
Rural Ledger Sourcing privacy policy
This page describes the information requested by the website's business inquiry form and the local browser storage used by the sourcing support notice. Share information relevant to the procurement request and avoid payment details, personal identification documents or unrelated confidential material.
Information in a procurement request
The form requests your name, work email, company, optional telephone and written requirements. The requirements may include tool specifications, quantity, destination, seasonal delivery date, replacement parts and document questions. If supplied, the selected product, target budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are included with the same requirements text at submission.
The optional preference describes the buyer's purchasing priorities and does not record a verified supplier grade. Providing a budget is not necessary to ask for sourcing support. Before sending a third party's contact information or technical documents, confirm that you are entitled to share them for the purchasing discussion.
Purpose and procurement context
Business contact and requirement information supports clarification of the request, sourcing discussion and comparison of possible factory quotation scope. Only the information needed for a particular supplier or service discussion should be included in that discussion. The form does not collect payment or create an order.
If you want to ask about information already submitted, use the inquiry form and identify the business request without repeating sensitive details. Requests about access, correction or removal need review in the context of the relevant communication and applicable obligations. This page does not promise a fixed retention period or automated account controls that have not been configured.
Browser storage for the support notice
The browser stores a first-display timestamp locally to limit automatic sourcing support notices to a maximum seven-day window. A session value remembers dismissal of the ticker during that browsing session. The timestamp is a presentation control, not a discount reservation or an order status. Browser settings can block or clear local storage; clearing it removes that browser's stored presentation history.
Other pages and public comments
Links to outside product references use those publishers' own websites and information practices. Public article comments should not contain private supplier terms or contact records. For confidential purchasing questions, keep the discussion in the procurement channel and request an appropriate method before sending restricted drawings or commercial records.
